4. SMS and Text Messaging Communications
This section describes our text messaging programs and the privacy practices specific to SMS.
Programs offered. Joshua Snyder Insurance Group operates two separate SMS programs that you may opt into independently:
Informational program. Non-marketing text messages regarding Medicare plan options, benefits, and enrollment assistance.
Marketing program. Marketing and promotional messages including special offers, discounts, and product updates.
How to opt in. You may opt into either program by checking the corresponding consent box on our website form at the time you provide your phone number. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the program and your interactions with us.
Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received.
How to opt out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from the program you opted out of unless you opt back in.
How to get help. You may reply HELP at any time to any SMS message from us to receive a response containing our support contact information and instructions for opting out. You may also contact us directly at the email or phone number listed in Section 11.
No sharing of SMS data. As described in Section 5, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
