    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Joshua Snyder Insurance Group's services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

    1. Program Description

    Joshua Snyder Insurance Group operates two separate SMS programs that users may opt into independently:

    1. Informational program. Non-marketing text messages regarding Medicare plan options, benefits, and enrollment assistance.

    2. Marketing program. Marketing and promotional messages including special offers, discounts, new product updates, and other promotional content.

    We may also send email messages to users who opt in, including promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary based on the program and your interactions with us.

    2. Consent to Receive Messages

    By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box(es) on our website form, you authorize Joshua Snyder Insurance Group to send text messages to your mobile number for the program(s) you have selected. You may opt into either program independently.

    Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt into our SMS programs.

    3. Opt Out

    You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to +1 (412) 618-0687. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us for the program you opted out of.

    If you are opted into both our informational and marketing programs and wish to opt out of all messages, you may need to reply STOP to messages from each program, or you may contact us directly using the information in Section 11 to opt out of all programs at once.

    4. Opt In Again

    If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally (by submitting the form on our website and checking the applicable consent box).

    5. Help and Support

    If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive an automated response containing our support contact information and a reminder that you may reply STOP to opt out at any time.

    Message frequency varies based on the program and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, according to your wireless plan. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

    7. Supported Carriers and Carrier Disclaimer

    Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://rsmagents.com/jsigpp.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Our services and SMS communications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that messages will be delivered on time, without interruption, or without error. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joshua Snyder Insurance Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or SMS programs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new Last Updated date. Your continued use of our services or SMS programs after any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
